At Lumnae, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Our policies are simple, clear, and designed for your peace of mind.

30-Day Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible for return:

  • Unused, unopened items
  • In original packaging
  • Purchased directly from lumnae.com

Not eligible:

  • Opened or used items (for hygiene and safety)
  • Missing packaging/accessories
  • Promotional gifts
  • Requests made after 30 days

Return Shipping

  • UAE: return shipping fee appliesΒ 
  • International (outside UAE): return shipping + any customs/VAT charged by your country

Damaged or Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.Β 
Just email us photos and a short video.

2-Year Warranty

All Lumnae LED Devices are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

We repair or replace any device that develops a fault during normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, misuse, or cosmetic wear.

Refund

Refunds are subject to 5% process fees.

Refunds are processed withinΒ 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
