What is LED light therapy and how does it work?

LED (Light Emitting Diode) therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to target different layers of the skin. Each color penetrates to a different depth, triggering natural processes such as collagen production, acne bacteria elimination, and improved circulation — all without heat, damage, or downtime.

How often should I use my mask?

We recommend 3–5 times per week, maximum 10–20 minutes per day. Consistency is key for best results.
