Wasnt too sure about it, but this thing is really interesting! You can feel and adjust the pressure it takes to inhale and exhale!! It is quite a workout! A bit uncomfortable at first, the feeling that you're not getting enough air, but after a little bit it gets easier. Very interesting product!

This breathing exerciser is great for training your lungs. It has an adjustment knob that you can set to make it easier or harder to breathe. Start on the easier setting and progress up to the hardest setting. Cleaning is easy as the mouthpiece unscrews from the resistance valve. Just rinse it off under water and let it dry.
