Can I use it with my face mask?
Yes. With the Face & Neck Kit, one controller runs both masks at the same time, so your face and neck get the same 10-minute session. If you already own the face mask, simply use the neck mask right after.
Will it fit my neck?
The mask is made of soft, flexible silicone shaped for the neck and décolleté, with an adjustable strap. It sits comfortably on most necks and lies flat against the chest.
Which mode should I use?
M3 Anti-Aging for firmness and the look of neck lines, M2 Rejuvenation for sun spots and an even tone, M1 Repairing when your skin feels sensitive. Start at 50% brightness in week one.
How often, and when will I see results?
3 to 5 sessions of 10 minutes a week. Skin looks fresher within 2 weeks, while firmness and the look of lines improve over 8 to 12 weeks of regular use.
